We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@shopbeethelight.com.
We will always do our best to make sure the items you are purchasing are of great quality. Much of our jewelry is handmade so if there should be any defects, I should know before it even makes it into my store to purchase, so hopefully you won't receive a defective item to begin with. Much of my jewelry is made with extra thick stretch cord for extra durability and all of the metal pieces are either sterling silver or nickel free. Having a nickel allergy myself, this is an important aspect of my products. Our jewelry is good quality so you should also never have to worry about it turning your skin green.
We will accept returns on items in new condition only, including the packaging that the item(s) came in. Custom made orders are non-refundable. You as the customer must contact us at info@shopbeethelight.com prior to returning your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we will refund the cost of the product only, not the shipping costs. My return policy extends for 30 days. If those 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. If the item you purchased happens to be a seasonal item such as a Christmas or an Easter item, the item cannot be returned or exchanged within 25 days of the holiday even if it's within the 30 day return window due to the seasonal nature of the item.
